Visit Leadenhall Market to commemorate St. George, the patron saint of England, who is a central figure in the country’s history and early lore. In suitably patriotic tradition, the Morris Men of Ewell St Mary’s will once again be performing in the Market on 23 April from 1.30pm.
The Market is the perfect place to celebrate St George’s Day – sample the best fish and chips at Chamberlains restaurant, some of the tastiest English cheese at Cheese at Leadenhall, fine English sparkling wine from Amathus or traditional real ale from The Lamb Tavern.
